Hello, can I create columns and rows for selections like forms in google or a checkbox grid? thanks.

Hi @joyjoy Happy Thursday! We don’t have a fillable sheet available like this, but there are two workarounds I can think of:

Hyperlink to a Google Sheet that your respondents can fill in (granted, this would be accessible to everyone that accessed the form)
Use our Matrix Question

I created a google form but i thought only a person with a google account can access google? i will check out Matrix question. Thank you.

Hi @joyjoy You can change the share settings on the google form so anyone with the link can access/edit it!
