Hi. I want to create a question where respondents will be able to reply like this:

- no
- If none of these, please fill out here: ….
Is it possible to combine multiple choice and text this way?

Hi
When creating a multiple choice question, you can ticket a setting called “Other” option. When a user selected that in the form, a text input appears for them to fill in their own answer.

Hi Joyce and thanks for your help! When I have selected the “other” option - is it possible to give it another name?
I haven’t been able to rename it by clicking on it.

Yes you can. When you go to your form settings (cog icon) and selected messages, you can edit the “other” option.

Unfortunately not. It’s the same for all questions.
