Complicated Survey for Sales

Hey! I’m building a complicated typeform and need some help.

I have 8 products and each product had about 10 options.

I want to be able to build a quote where multiple products can be selected and customized.

Is it possible to refer back to a previous question without erasing a previous selection?

Thanks!

Ah, I see. I’m afraid that’s not possible, as you’d need to create the variations of each question that might appear. We don’t save the answers on the form until it’s submitted, so if they go backwards in the form and change their answer, it will record whatever has been entered by the time they click ‘submit.’

Hi @Kaylee Grue Happy Tuesday! It definitely sounds like you have quite the form to build! Do you mind clarifying what you mean by referencing back to a question? Do you want to recall an answer

I want to allow for this sort of flow

  1. products Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Epsilon, Zeta, Eta, & Theta.

person selects Beta

  1. person customizes Beta

now the person is able to go back to question 1 and can select another product to customize without clearing the first selection.

Otherwise I will end up with thousands of branches

Hi @Kaylee Grue It isn’t possible to copy/paste logic jumps (if you’re referencing those), but I can share this feedback with our product team.
