In my client survey, I want to give customers the option to leave their contact information in the contact form or not.
By default, I can't change this setting? When I start filling out the form as a tester, it won’t let me proceed without entering the phone number, email, etc. Can I change this, or should I use just a short text question instead? 🙏

I am assuming you are using the Contact Info question type.
If so you could also make a field optional (i.e not required) by clicking the asterisk

It looks like there is a - in the field, so if you want the respondent to have the choice not to enter information, they would just need to leave this field totally blank!
