Hi @ATS Thanks for stopping by the community. What is the workflow you’re looking to setup? Is it sending a notification based on an item within the contact info?
Hi @Liz - Yes, definitely before the Contact Info question type when you had to ask for details as separate questions you could then setup a notification for a specific entry on one of those questions.
I thought I could do it with the Contact Info question type too, but it doesn’t seem to be the case.
For example, if I am waiting for someone with “joeco” in their email address to complete a survey then I would setup a notification with conditions to email me when someone with an email containing “joeco” in completed the form.
It doesn’t look like I can do this if using the Contact Info question type - why is this? And can the functionality be added as we could previously do it.
The Contact Info question type is much nicer than the previous method but the loss of this functionality feels like a backwards step.

Hi @ATS Ok, I checked with our technical team on this and I can confirm that sadly, the contact info question isn’t supported in follow ups.
I’ve added your vote to the feature request for this, but the upside is that the regular ol’ email question will still work!
Hi @Liz - ok thanks for the update. Disappointing that it’s not available yet for the Contact Info type when it is for the other question types.
The Contact Info type is great for streamlining a form but sad to not have the same full functionality.
Totally agree, @ATS , and I’ve added a feature request for this to our product team!
