Convert existing .pdf with form fields to online

I have a one page .pdf document that has multiple form fields to record answers to the questions.  Can Typeform upload this file and convert it for my use online?

Hi @GRAMPY If you upload the document into Google Docs and convert it into a Google Doc, you could use the importer steps here to get the content into Typeform.
