Could respondents answer multiple times?

Hello community, 

I am looking into designing a self reporting tool in the shape of an online form.

My respondents will need to answer the same set of question every day for a certain amount of time. But I would like to make it in a way that it is easily accessible and avoiding to ask them to enter their name and email address every single time. Would this be possible on Typeform?

Hi @Dina If you have the information of the respondents already stored somewhere else other than Typeform, such as a CRM system, you can pass that information into the form using hidden fields so they don’t have to enter the data again. 

Do you know if this would be possible with what you’re building?
