Hello! 

I’d love to create one Typeform for all our customer feedbacks. 

I’d like to free our customers from entering their name and the project we worked on together. 
So i need a possibility to create custom URL’s where the Salutation/Project is already set by myself. 

Can i do this with Typeform (or any other Ideas)?
