Does anyone know if it’s possible to customise customer payment receipts when customers make a payment through Typeform? I’m using Type form as a method to collect deposits from customers for a short-term rental business and I would like to customise the payment confirmation email so that it contains the check-in instructions for the property.

You can use the Respondent Notifications feature. As shown in the article, you can recall answers into the notification message, including the “price” variable so you will be able to let them know how much they paid and other information as well, such as check-in instruction.
