Designing a question, leveraging the contact info format

I’d like to collect Education information similar to how the contact info question is set-up.  For example, I’d like to collect “degree, field, school name, and year graduated” in one question vs creating 4 separate questions.  This will make it more efficent for someone that has multiple degrees from diff schools.  Is this possible?

Hi @JMIN Happy Tuesday! I’m afraid we don’t have the option to combine multiple questions into one field like the contact block, but you could use a question group to group all of those questions together to look a little more succinct.
