Can I ask additional text to the answer of yes/not format?

Hi @NotasVicky Happy Tuesday! Thanks for stopping by. Are you looking to add a text field within the yes/no question? If so, this isn’t possible, but you could use a Question Group to add both questions underneath so they appear within the same question. 

Life is a series of awkward moments separated by snacks.
