Dropdown choices not showing properly

Hi Liz,
The URL is https://www.hounslowwoodcraft.org.uk/birthday-badge/. The dropdown works OK for Q4, but not for Q6 or Q7 in Safari. All three are OK with Firefox.

@Liz this seems to happen also when visiting the form directly in Safari (not embedded). I have raised this with the team responsible for this.
