Dynamic PDF for end screen

I am looking for a way in which, based on the responses of the user, a dynamic PDF is created (which their names  for example), which then appears in the end screen of the type form. 

 

Would this be possible? If so, can someone guide me?

Hi @Mist Sustainable Solutions Have you seen the post below? This would be a similar solution to what you’re looking for, though we don’t have an option to include this on the end screen directly.
