The people filling out my form aren't receiving a confirmation email to be sure their form submission went through. How do I turn email confirmations on?

Hey @GINASCHEER! Were you able to set up the respondent notifications?

The provided link is dead, and I’m not having any luck finding out how to set up respondent notifications. Is this still an option?

@inquiring_minds  - it’s under Follow-ups on the settings menu… click the gear icon. select Follow ups, then create a follow-up. Select a trigger ie someone completes a form and then choose the appropriate action

I realise this is an old post, but I want to send the respondent a confirmation email to the email address they enter in the form, but for some reason I’m not seeing the “Follow up” option in the Settings screen (by clicking the cog wheel icon). Why am I not seeing the Follow-up option?

@SteveH - look under the Workflow menu tab and choose Messages on the right hand side.
