email field is not created when I connect to google sheets

My form collects user’s email address.

 

When I connect to google sheets, the email address does not transfer to google sheets. All the other form questions show up properly in the google sheet.

 

How do I fix this?

@dsan24 can you show a screen shot of both your question list and the email question please? that will help us troubleshoot. 

just a note that if you added the email field after you published the form the first time, you will need to publish again - just sayin’ as this is the most common mistake that we have all made (me too!)

John is right, @dsan24! Remembering to hit publish after editing a form can make miracles and save you from a lot of "issues"! Hehehe. Can you share the URL of your form with us? Curious to check it out! :blush:
