I’ve embedded a survey inside an email. On desktop, the colors display correctly (see Picture 1). However, on mobile, the colors change to white instead of the ones I selected (see Picture 2).
Could you please advise on how to fix this issue so that the colors remain consistent across devices?

I’m afraid the pictures didn’t attach to your post 😅 I’m taking a wild guess here, but is dark mode turned on on the mobile device?
