It would be great to support image-based answer choices within Multiple Question Pages.
Currently, image answer options are not available when multiple questions are displayed on the same page, which limits form design flexibility and forces creators to choose between a better layout and a richer question experience.
Supporting image answers in Multiple Question Pages would make it much easier to build more intuitive and visually engaging forms.

In the meantime, the options would be to use a simple Multiple Choice question type within the Multi-Question Page (https://help.typeform.com/hc/en-us/articles/27703634781076-Add-a-Multi-Question-Page-to-your-form) or to have the Picture Choice question show after the Multi-Question Page as an individual question. I know this isn’t exactly what you were looking for, and I apologize about that, but I hope the alternatives work!
