Follow-up (notification): How to send additional information showed in the quiz to respondents?

We have a quiz where we educate people about our program.

Every time they answer a question I will show them additional information tailored to their answer. At the end I want to email the respondents this additional information.

I am able to send them a follow-up (notification) with their answers but don’t know how to add the additional information I showed them according to their answers. 

How can I do that?
 

Actually best would be to send the respondents something like this:
 

Question 1

• Their answer
• Further Information for Question 1

Question 2

• Their answer
• Further Information for Question 2
