free arranging of pictures and elements

Hello,
 

I’m using the free plan and I cannot find an option to create a design by myself when i add pictures. For example when I want to place a picture free at the site.. i can only select between different layouts (picture left, middle, right)… 

Are there more options in the premium plan? can i add more than one picture on a site and arrange all the elements freely?
