Can you give an answer to the people who fill in the questionnaire.
If they answer on 5 questions they get to see the result of selected products.
Is that possible?

Thanks for stopping by to ask your question. I believe you should be able to set something like this up using the follow ups feature. We have a Help Center article here which talks through how it works and how to set specific conditions for a follow up message to be sent to a respondent.
