Grouped header in matrix

Hello, I know you cannot have drop down options for answers within a matrix but is it possible to have grouped headers so I can have 3 groups with 2-4 column headers each against 6 rows all within the same matrix question?

Hi @CLavery2 thanks for stopping by the community! It’s not possible to adjust the look of the matrix question, but would you mind sharing more about your use case? Is there any particular reason you’d have group headers in the same matrix versus adding multiple matrix questions? Thanks in advance!
