We are trying to find a tool whereby for each survey/form that we create, each question will also have a footer section (or another section) whereby the user can select their confidence level for each of the answer (e.g low, medium,high).
Is there anyway of doing this in typeform? A Sample of the question is as below :

I tried the Question Group but i had an issue where by i could have 2 questions and numbered as 1a and 1b, but it still became two pages - is there any way that the 2 questions are on the same page, which is a hard requirement.
Is that possible to be done?
