How can I fill a summary screen if the user has bypassed a screen?

Cath Ellis

Hi all,

I’m creating a risk assessment and have a summary at the end with a breakdown of the risk.

If a user has no risk and bypasses a question, I’d like the summary to show LOW as the risk.

Right now, it shows ______. Is this something I can do with variables?

Here is a quick video with what I’m trying to achieve and here’s the link to my risk assessment.

If you could steer me in the right direction that would be amazing.

Thanks so much, Cath

Hey @Cath Ellis! Welcome to our Community!

I appreaciate you sending the video and the link to your form. However, I believe we'd need to check how is your logic setup to be able to understand what's happening there. Screenshots will help!

I'm also tagging our expert and partner @john.desborough who might be able to help you! 😊

hey @Cath Ellis

If it shows ____ it most likely because you didn’t set up any value to the variable.

So I would double-check the logic and make sure that you have set up a value for it.
