How can I remove the "How can I help you" bubble

I am trying to figure out how to remove the “Hi, how can I help you?”

Is there anyway I can customize this section?

Hi @Whereiskevinnow Welcome to the community! Yes, you can change this text under the design settings in the chat embed. :grinning:

Once you make these changes, you may need to re-embed the code onto your site.

I am currently on the editing page but I can't seem to find that “Chat” section.

Is this for premium users only?

Hi @Whereiskevinnow You can find these settings by going to the “Share” panel at the very top of the builder.
