How can we change the placeholder for the address field ?

This was already asked here 3 and 2 years ago, but I still can't find the option in 2026.

I'm building a lead qualification form and I need to adapt the Address field placeholder to a French audience. 

So two questions:

1. Is it still the case in 2026 that placeholder text can't be customized on the native Address field?
2. If yes, is native placeholder customization for the Address field on the roadmap?
