Сan we create such a survey template using the functionality of the Typeform? (Matrix with score)

Thank you for your answer! But I did not find in this article the opportunity to set the weight of the column, in order to calculate the sum of the answers. Please tell me, can we do this?

@anna bystrova - no.. the Typeform Matrix question does not allow for that behaviour …
