How do I add an email collection after/during showing results for quiz?

Hi @Hithere Once the form has been submitted, it’s not possible to gather data on the end screens. Though, you could redirect them to another form after using this process. 

While you might collect less responses doing this, I would actually recommend adding the email question before they receive their answers, as you might not receive the emails after showing them their results first.
