This must be simple but I can’t figure it out! 

How do I add a required email collection (connected to Convertkit) before people are allowed to see the results of their quiz options? 

I have about 7 potential answers people can see depending on the results of their quiz - how do I add the same ‘please enter your email to get your results’ type message before each of them in a way that means once they enter their email they immediately get their personalised answer?

You can add an email question to ask for the email and mark this question as required. Then, the result can be shown on the Thank You screen once the form is submitted.
