How do I add meta data about a question that is submitted as part of the survey response?

New to typeform.

I would like to add metadata to a question to help qualify the data that’s provided.  For example, if I add a question such as “What is your name?”  I would like to have a hidden tag or some way to label that question as a “name” field type so my down stream processing can understand that this is a name and not just text.
