How do I adding quantity to product on order form

I need to create an order form. Say we sell apples oranges and pears. Multiple choice will let me do that, but how do I allow the order to say 4 apples and 2 oranges.

Hi @Barnie van der Merwe Welcome to the community! You would need to add a field that would ask how many of the item the respondent would like and then use logic jumps to calculate the total.
