How do I change the ‘not likely at all’ please?

Hi, can someone please tell me how I change the options bottom left and right from not likely at all to something different? I can’t seem to work it out and it doesn’t let me click on it to just change it!?Thank you

Hi @Lianne Norman Happy Monday! You can change this in the opinion scale question settings like this:
