When I add an email address into a statement, the system automatically makes it a clickable link with ‘mailto:’ I don’t want that but I cannot remove it, as soon as I highlight the email, click link to remove it, the system automatically adds it back! I don’t want it, how to I get rid of it? TIA

I don’t think it is possible to remove this, but I’ve asked our product team to see if there’s any solution I’m not aware of. As soon as I hear back, I’ll let you know!

Thanks, in the questionnaire I’m using having it as a clickable mailto link makes no sense and causes problems for people who don’t realise that mailto: is added to the email address when they copy it.
