How do you embed forwarding a survey to another person at the end of the survey?

We are doing a research survey and would like to have the survey taker to provide an email so that the survey gets forwarded to a friend.

Hi @SKRIS2 Welcome to the community! I would suggest using our notifications feature instead.

For example, you could add an email question to the form that would ask the respondent what email they would like to share with the friend.

Then, in the respondent notifications, you could use the email the respondent entered to send the notification to the friend to take the survey.
