how indicate the good responses in multiple choice ?

Looks basic but in a quizz sequence, I need to control the good responses in a multiplechoice button. 

I cannot find to make it works without complex logic control (if A an B, then, if not A and B, then..). Is there an option to indicate : option A is right, option B is false, option C is (also) right, etc.
