Hello i have a question. In my contact form I request an email, name, surname and address of the respondent. How do I ask about privacy? The contact form will be used in Australia.

you could look to use the Legal Question type and put the appropriate text from the Privacy Commissioner (or whatever the office is called, lol) and ask the users to accept or not.
