How to attach a document to a follow-up email

Hi there,

Newbie here. I have created a scored quiz with a follow-up email. I want to attach a report to the follow-up email. For example, if a user scores 22 I want to send them a follow-up email with an attached report (report A), if a user scores 18 I want to send them a follow-up email with an attached report (report B), and so on. 

How do I attach a report to a follow-up email?

While we don’t have a way to attach a custom document in our email notifications, I would definitely recommend looking at the solution below!
