I have a form withe this name:

  • Validación de servicio de eCommerce,

and another with this other name:

  • Validación de servicio de infoproductores

but when you press the link to open the form, in both forms appears when mouse approach to the name of the window opened another title “Formulario Lead Infoproductores.”, in both forms appears this info.

Where can we change that data? I cannot find it.

Hi @Proelia Digital Is the form embedded? If so, you’ll need to update that on your website.

If you’re sending the link directly, you most likely need to update the meta settings of the form.

Hey @Proelia Digital! Feel free to share your forms with us once they're ready and embedded! Curious to check how they look!

Just found solution! Second advice was the right to my case: “If you’re sending the link directly, you most likely need to update the meta settings of the form.“

Not arrived to embedded status yet :)
