I can't save the changes on setting block reference

Hello, 

I can’t save the reference on “block reference”, I can see that they put “oops! that reference is udes for another question. Please make it unique” but it is already unique. 

Can you help me with that and give me a solution?

    Hi @Emilie TEAM_SI Thanks for stopping by the community. Usually this error message appears if that reference is used elsewhere. Do you happen to be updating the block references in the builder or through the API?
