I don't receive any notifications after the form is sent

Hello,

With my Basic plan I have set some notifications for me :

 

 

And some for the sender :

 

But unfortunately I don’t get any notifications at all, what did I do wrong ?

Hi @Berbi Are all the changes on your form published?

If so and it’s still not working, contact our support team here with the emails that aren’t receiving notifications, as they can look in the backend to see what’s happening for you.

Thanks @Liz , it’s now working, apparently the trouble comes from my server, it sends email a bit late maybe because it’s a new mail box. Thanks again.
