I Need a SImple Voting System

Hi All,

Newbie here. I am running a video blog competition and I want to invite people to vote on the best entries. So I want a simple list of say 5 items containing the title of each entry , and ask the audience assign a vote from 1 to 5 for each item. Is there a simple template anyone can suggest for that?

Hi @glannagaul Happy Friday! We have this voting template here, but I would suggest using a combination of the picture choice and ranking questions instead!
