I need help with my first form. I am basically trying to make an order form. We are a shirt printing business and there are a few considerations to take into account. This order form should be the simpliest among all the order forms that I have to create but I find it very tedious to do.

Here are the details.

  1. there is a set up fee of $20
  2. Shirt Color
    1. black is $7
    2. white $7
    3. any other color will be $9
  3. placement
    1. front only
    2. back only
    3. front and back (+3)
  4. Quantity
    1. there will be a minimum of 25 pcs

How do i set up logic and calculation?

I really need help, thank you all!!

Hi @jorielconales Happy Wednesday! Halfway through the week!

If you haven’t already started building the form, this article here gives a great set of step-by-step instructions on how to setup an order form. I’d suggest giving this a look to get started, and if you get stuck along the way, just let us know how we can specifically help!

We also have some order form templates here that can speed up the process for you as well.

Hello, im also curious regarding this question - I read through the article provided however there are a few considerations in my situation. This is for a supplement wholesale/b2b so the quantities are in cases of 24 units:

  1. Choose Daytime or Nighttime supplement you’d like to order:
  • “Daytime” - $72 per case
  • “Nightime” - $85 per case
  • Both

If “Daytime” then give this set of options - Customer can select multiple flavors within daytime

If “Nightime” then give this set of options - Customer can select multiple flavors within nighttime

If “Both” then give both set of options - Customer is given all options daytime + nightttime combined.

Here is where I am stuck,

How can the form be set up so that it is able to calculate the quantities of each combination of product that the customer wants given that there is no limit to the amount that they can order for each?

Is there a seamless way to do this without having to go question by question that asks for quantity for each product individually?

Thank you! Hoping to crack this its driving me nuts.

Hi @Bearr Happy Tuesday! I hope you’re having a great week so far. You would need to calculate each question, as there isn’t a way for our forms to automatically calculate without being told which questions need to be calculated.
