In quiz, how can I add a bonus point to the score when someone filled on the text form?

I am building a quiz with 10 questions (9 with multiple choices and 1 bonus question where they will need to fill a feedback). Is there a way to make the 10th question add 1 point to the score by just filling up any text on it? & no point when it was left blank? Thanks.

Hi @brakebills ,

You could use a logic rule to assign 1 point to the score when the user fills in any text on the bonus question and 0 points if it is left blank.
