If there is only one ending and it contains only @variables, do I still need to set up or select outcomes ? I’ve tried it and it functions, but I’d like to get confirmation.”

Hi @Questionaire oberA sorry for a delayed response here!

It sounds like you’ve got everything set up as expected, you don’t need to set up outcomes unless you need to use multiple endings. But it’s always a good idea to have some people test the form before going live with it (if you haven’t already!). You’re welcome to share here if you don’t want to share with any colleagues etc.

@Questionaire oberA hope you’re well. Let us know if you’re all good with this now. Is there anything else we can help with?

Hi everyone,

We are currently using Typeform for a simple questionnaire.

Our main challenge is the following:
👉 We would like to ask a question such as “Who is the client?”,
and have the answer options automatically populated from a Google Sheet (our client database).

Context:

  • We have 300+ clients

  • The client list changes regularly (new clients added)

  • Google Sheets is our source of truth

  • We want to avoid manual copy-paste or constantly updating a dropdown

Does Typeform offer a native way to populate a question (dropdown / multiple choice) from a Google Sheet?
Or is there a recommended best practice for this kind of use case?

Thanks in advance for your help and feedback!
