We have plans for a long user onboarding form, and we’d like the option of users to quickly access us for questions via chat (like FB messenger) while filling out the form. Is this currently a feature that is available in Typeform?

We don’t have a chat feature directly in the form, but you could embed the form onto your website and add your own chat feature there. Then, you could use any chat feature you’d like.
For example, on my personal website, I use the VideoAsk popup as a chat feature so it’s the first thing folks see when they come to my site, and if they want to chat/send a message right away there, great! Otherwise, there’s a set-aside page for them to fill out the entire contact form.
