Is it Possible to Add More Than 10 Questions in TF Free version

Hello Typeform Community,

I would like to know if anyone has experienced any issues while using more than the maximum number of questions allowed in a typeform. As the limit is currently set at 10 questions per typeform, has anyone added more questions and still had their form work properly without any issues? I'm curious to know if there have been any negative consequences or if it has worked fine for others. Thank you!

Hi @Indradip Thanks for stopping by the community! You won’t be able to publish your form if it has over 10 questions, so while you can build the form, it won’t be live for anyone to see until you remove the extra questions or upgrade your account.

Hi @Liz

I have the same concern, I was able to publish more than 10 questions and did a test, I can see and answer all questions. I just created the account and it still says it's a free plan. So I was expecting typeform to flag me that I made more than 10 questions or I needed to upgrade my account to add more.

Is there a possibility that they're letting us use paid features on newly created account? We are running a test survey and would like to prevent future problems during the test, before we decide to subscribe.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @pink.gurami Are you testing in the builder? Or on the live form (outside of the Typeform builder)?

I’ve seen the same situation that’s being described with my quiz. I have 30 questions with a free plan. I had my husband take the quiz and he saw all 30 questions. Could it be that I am using the branching feature which then only counts each branch separately?

I am also experiencing this behaviour having just spent an entire week meticulously developing automations based off a single form in Typeform that has 16 questions (the form is published and is working live).

I’m going to be really, really upset if it turns out I’ll now have to start paying £21 a month to be able to continue using what I’ve been able to build so far… Can anyone from Typeform confirm what’s going on here and if this is a bug? The platform has been working in this way for me for some time now. Am I going to lose the ability to continue using this form? It’s only a matter of time until the ‘bug’ gets fixed if it is indeed a bug...

Hi @Julieego and @joeucreative If you haven’t already, I’d suggest reaching out to our support team here. They can look at your account type and answer this question for you!
