Unfortunately, this is not possible with Typeform. What I can suggest is for you to create a picture choice question instead with those words in the color they want? Not sure if this applies to your use case though.
If you give us more details on why this feature would be useful to you, we could try to think of other workaround. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
