Is there a way of combining several opinion scales within a matrix?

We have a series of similar questions that we’re trying to build into a single page, rather than over 6-7 pages. See below. 

Of course the multiple selection option means that every single box can be ticked, which defeats the purpose, and will skew results.

 

Any suggestions?

Hi @FRY Creative Thanks for stopping by the community. I’m afraid we don’t have a single-page form available yet, but it is in the works. You can follow the progress in the post below. 

 

As for combining questions, would you be able to utilize a question group in the meantime? 

Life is a series of awkward moments separated by snacks.

Thanks for this @Liz - good to see that this feature is currently in development. In the meantime we’ll see whether Question Group achieves the same thing.
