Is there a way of combining several opinion scales within a matrix?

We have a series of similar questions that we’re trying to build into a single page, rather than over 6-7 pages. See below. 

Of course the multiple selection option means that every single box can be ticked, which defeats the purpose, and will skew results.

 

Any suggestions?

As for combining questions, would you be able to utilize a question group in the meantime?

    Thanks for this @Liz - good to see that this feature is currently in development. In the meantime we’ll see whether Question Group achieves the same thing.
