Last question in quiz requires two clicks... "Enter" and then "Submit", why is this?

I’m not sure if anyone has this, but in my last question in my quiz, I have a “Ok” button. Once the user hits that, it goes to the identical page but “Submit” Appears. Is this right? I’m not seeing anyone else’s quiz like this…

Please help. https://www.stridesoles.com/pages/quiz for reference

Hi @gster3000 Happy Tuesday! I hope you’re having a good one! This is expected behavior. At the end of the form, it is expected that the respondent click the submit button in order to confirm that they are ready to send their data to you.

Hi @Liz! Thank you for the quick response!

So there is no way to get rid of making them click that button twice?

Now that I have you, I have another question… is there a way to keep track of drop off for people who made it to the end screen but didn’t hit the final link?

Hey @gster3000 there isn’t a way to override the double click at the end of the form, but we can add definitely add it as a feature request, if you have any use case information to share that we could include as to why this would be beneficial for your form experience let us know!

You should be able to see the drop off for each question in the Results panel, under Insights. We have this Help Center article which gives some guidance on reading the data, hopefully that helps 😊
