Limiting Access to Form

It’s not currently possible to block specific emails from responding to a form if they have the link. You could use spam protection in some cases, but if it’s about only allowing a set list of people it can get tricky to control. I would recommend asking people not to share the link outside of the specific guest list. 

More control over who can respond to a form is on our radar, I will upvote the feature request and pass along your feedback to the Product team. 

​@CVOC   ​@Grace - one option might be to send have an ‘entry question’ with logic that only allows the user to respond if their email matches something in the list. something like this: 

start the form by asking for their email address. 

check the email address against a logic rules that says, essentially,: “if email matches one on the list, let them pass to next question, otherwise kick them out.”

that’s one way to try it.. it’s a bit of set up on the logic rule if you have a long list but it would work.
