Thank you so much, @SaschaAlexander5i0335 ! This helps a lot. The way that our logic (and outcome quiz) works is that, if a condition is matched on the first option (in this one, option A), it will send the respondent there first.
So, if you want to be sure that it doesn’t always go to one ending, you’ll want to be sure that there aren’t any big overlaps in the answer options you place into the outcome quiz settings.
@john.desborough correct me if I’m wrong! He may also have a workaround related to calculations and scoring, too.
@Liz @SaschaAlexander5i0335 - this is the reason why i never the outcome quiz framework: it does not give me enough granular control and in the event of a tie, it simply goes to the ending closest to the top of the list ie A and C are tied, it goes to A .. B and C are tied it goes to B..
much better off to create a variable for each subtotal that you will evaluate and put ‘points’ into the subtotal variable for each option .. map each outcome/ending to a subtotal variable.. use the logic rules to do this.
